I stumbled across this piece of street art this morning on my walk into work. It’s on the sidewalk at the corner of Brown and Corinthian Streets, at the Northeast corner of Eastern State Penitentiary.
What does it mean? Who painted it? There’s no telling. But you have to be impressed by the quality of the stenciling, right? Of course we don’t condone spray painting a public sidewalk, but there is something joyful about picturing a giant Monopoly board surrounding Eastern State....
